Some info about Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
All PREMIUM VND shipments and some ODDKO merch are sent via USPS Priority Mail® based on weight and zone. Rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping is based on weight, the number of shipments in your order, and if you are ordering from the US or internationally.
To find out how much shipping is for your specific order, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You won’t need to enter your billing info or place your order to find out the shipping cost. Just enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process.
Why do I get 2 different shipping quotes?
To keep prices as low as we possibly can most ODDKO merch products are printed on demand using a third party service that calculates shipping fees automatically. We are not able to incorporate these fees in one single one. Think it as if you were placing two different orders, because that’s how it is.
When will I get my order?
Backorders items ship within 2-6 weeks from placing the order and in-stock items ship within 5 business days. Shipping costs are provided on a per-product and per-order bases. If you ordered multiple items, we’ll ship them when all the items are ready. Our goal is to always get you what you ordered as quickly as possible, but sometimes things go wrong because, under most circumstances, what you’re buying from us… well, it doesn’t exist yet. Production can be delayed by missing inventory from our wholesale suppliers. If your order is going to be late for any reason, we’ll do our best to let you know. If it’s going to be really late, we’ll make it up to you somehow, we promise.
What’s your refund/exchange policy?
We aim to describe and visually represent all items as accurately as possible in our store.
However if you are unhappy with your order, we do offer a returns service.
If there’s something wrong with your order (wrong size, wrong item, defective product, etc.), please contact us first, so that we can authorize the return.
Once the return is authorized make sure you send the items back to us as you’ve received it, unworn, unaltered and unwashed within 15 days of delivery and we’ll issue a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (Unless you got a bad item in which case that is totally on us.)
